A software pirate is anyone who is using software that has not been licensed to them in any way, or otherwise distributing the source code for any of the PDF, jpeg, jpg, script, gif, etc. contained in our software products This also includes the attaining of a copy of the software from a friend acquaintance who is still using our software product that has purchased only one License Agreement.

Equipment Parts source, Inc., has reproduced and published technical publications for Case® construction and utility equipment in PDF format and distributed on CD-ROM and other electronic media. Unauthorized or illegal distribution can be defined (but not limited to) one or more of the following reasons:

• The seller is offering Equipment Parts Source, Inc., products in quantity and he/she is not an authorized reseller of Equipment Parts Source, Inc., products or otherwise licensed to reproduce or distribute Equipment Parts Source, Inc., products.

• The software offered was previously distributed in violation of an authorized distributor, reseller, or OEM contract with Equipment Parts Source, Inc., and further distribution by seller constitutes trademark and copyright infringement.

• The software was duplicated in violation of the product's end-user license agreement and Equipment Parts source, Inc., intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized distribution of software is illegal. The distributing agent can be subject to arrest and felony charges with fines. The infringing party will be held liable for penalties and Equipment Parts Source, Inc., legal fees incurred during copyright infringement proceedings. Penalties will be assessed in the amount of $1000.00 (US dollars) per day after the seller has received notice of infringement from Equipment Parts Source, Inc. Return Policy

Parts, Operators and Service manuals on CD-ROM are non-returnable. CD's that are determined to be defective will be replaced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure system / software compatibility.

Pirated products can carry viruses, and often do not come with documentation such as un-ending consumer’s upgrades or technical support.
